Excellent hotel to take the family. Staff very friendly. Nothing bad to say about my stay in The Monterey Hotel.
In the North of St Helier, Norfolk Lodge has an indoor swimming pool and plenty of free parking. St. Helier's town centre, shops and beaches, are a 10-minute walk away.

Friendly helpful staff, breakfast selection and quality excellent, bar and restaurant food really good. Great location about 20 min walk from the town and harbour and 15 mins taxi from the airport. Great break with young children.
Pretty seaside town with wide, sandy beach. Also some little rocky/sandpool areas. Little shops, cafes and restaurants along the beach. Loved that there were boxes of beach toys for children to borrow. Felt, in the nicest way, old fashioned and family friendly.

Very peaceful, huge beach, unspoilt area. Good for swimming and beach sports. Several good restaurants. Good public transport access to other beaches and the small village (big Waitrose and M&S). Near airport but no noise.

Beautiful beach with everything you need available.
Beautiful beach with everything you need available.
We ate at Crab Shack, Pizza Express and the Midbay cafe (ice creams etc) and Beaurivage (lunch) as well as in St Aubin.
Buses are an amazing way to get around the whole island. Single fee for all journeys and very frequent and reliable but they finish a little early. Night buses are available as are cabs. If thinking of a cab home you must book.
Walking is fantastic, check out the coastal path - get the 'Walking on Jersey' book by Cicerone.

Beautiful views, scenery, walks, food and beaches,...
Beautiful views, scenery, walks, food and beaches, throughout St Brelade and the whole of Jersey, Other than the usually very busy St Brelade's beach (which has pay-parking spaces, lots of restaurants and beach shops), there is Ouaisne beach (at the far end of St Brelade's beach, but quieter and with free parking) Beauport (free parking, no facilities and bit of a walk down, but very beautiful and usually quiet), St. Aubins bay (lovely restaurants etc in St Aubin village, and jet ski etc hire) and Portelet (steep walk down but worth it for stunning beach, snorkelling etc, café) - spoilt for choice!

Beautiful scenery, lovely sandy beach and a number of places to eat /drink. Not really a town as such but very easy to hop on a bus and go along to the next cove which was a little more lively. The church is very pretty and worth a look.

Beach was lovely (when tide was in).
Beach was lovely (when tide was in). Local Historical sites very interesting with the locals and guides always friendly and willing to talk. Easy to access most places by either walking, cycling or buses (which were excellent). Do not recommend taking a car as it is totally unnecessary. Lots of choice for food although they do close very early for a tourist centre. Complete absence of tack-ware shops (blessed relief).
The experience of staying at The Atlantic hotel was amazing. From the warm greeting by Dee on reception to the bell boy and all staff at the hotel, this was top class all the way.
The breakfast was fantastic, love the fresh fruits, yoghurt and fluffy pancakes with syrup!!! I will certainly miss these.
We hired a car from the airport upon arrival and the journey was only 7mins to the hotel, it is not on the flight path so no disruptions.
Will have to return to explore more of the island and of course will be staying at the Atlantic!!
Perfect location for getting about. Bus stop literally outside. Lovely 20 min walk to St Aubin along promenade and St Brelade Bay definitely my favourite as well. St Helier a 10 minute bus ride and we also visited the zoo. Breakfast was very good at Seawold and hosts very friendly and pleasant.. Room was very clean, light and airy and the beds so comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was cleaned daily. Couple of good restaurants close by, the Cheffin and the Goose providing good food. Local co-op around the corner too.
There are so many great things about this hotel… the beautiful view from our balcony, the beach being on our doorstep, the big immaculately clean room… but I have to say the staff made our stay even better. the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever come across - from the housekeeping to the front of house and the lovely staff at breakfast who made us feel really welcome and made a huge fuss of our 1 year old every morning at breakfast!
Brilliant location, close to st Brelade’s Bay. All the staff members are friendly, lovely and professional. So many options for breakfast, I had different breakfast each day during my staying. The room is very comfortable for staying, our room has double doors, we barely heard any noise in the early morning or at night from the hallway. Highly recommended! Definitely would stay again!
Beautiful views of Corbiere lighthouse from our balcony. Really friendly staff from both the apartments and the bar downstairs (especially the Geordie guy from the bar!). Great location, only a few minutes to St Brelade’s beach bay and St Ouen’s bay. Good sized and well-equipped rooms in the apartment.
The hotel is in a great location, with beautiful views of St Brelade's pay. It is easy to get to from the airport via bus or taxi and close by to St Aubins too.
The breakfast had a great range with really lovely staff.
The pool was lovely with lots of different areas to sit on a lounger.
I liked: The location very close to the sea but a little bit secluded. Hotel is very close to the outstanding Jersey cycle path network. The wonderful staff who was very helpful (outstanding concierge!). The big fish in the indoor pond at the reception area. Would come back.
I loved the hotel, location, staff, room. After being in St Helier, I was so happy to be St Brelade: the slow pace, the beach, the people, environment. Ioved this island! So glad it found me. I did not expect such a wonderful place.
The view, it's so clean and the staff are brilliant. Good bus routes outside the hotel or up on the main road (no 15) so you don't really need a taxi to and fro the airport. The food was fantastic, breakfast and evening meals tried.
The room was a good size as was the en-suite. It had a balcony with a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the location was perfect. The food was a good standard and we would definitely return to the Golden Sands.
Beautiful location, one of the friendliest hotels we have ever stayed in from the staff to the guests, who we could see return year after year.
Food was amazing.
Would definitely return
Gorgeous weather as well x
Just had a four night stay and couldn’t fault this hotel, it’s first class in every way, staff were so polite and helpful, the food was amazing and it was spotlessly clean, will definitely be booking another trip
Hotel staff were very polite and exceptionally helpful. The hotel setting is on the beach which is quite magnificent. The health club was first class and overall the hotel experience was excellent.
Lovely welcome, also was given an upgrade to sea view suite, Rooms were very spacious, with a terrific view looking onto St Brelades Bay. Also a nicely fitted kitchen/ lounge.
Location is perfect, right on the seafront and close to all restaurants and amenities immaculately clean hotel. Staff go above and beyond to ensure you have the best holiday.
